Financial Management
Clean books are the start, not the goal. We give you a clear monthly picture, a rolling cash-flow forecast and a budget you can make decisions with.

Overview
Small Business Financial Management & Bookkeeping Oversight
Many owners only see their numbers at tax time — and by then the year has already happened. We bring your finances into the present: books reconciled every month, bills and receivables on a schedule, and a short meeting where we walk you through what changed and why.
We work alongside your CPA, not instead of them. We keep the records organized and current so tax season is calmer and your accountant can focus on advice, not cleanup.
What’s included

Every engagement is scoped to your business. These are the pieces we most often manage as part of Financial Management.

- Plain-language monthly financial summary
- Year-end coordination with your CPA
Is this you?
Signs it’s time.
If two or more of these sound familiar, this is probably where we’d start.
Questions
Common questions.
Are you a CPA firm?
No. We manage the financial operations of your business and coordinate with your CPA, who handles tax preparation and filing.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero and similar platforms, and can help you migrate if your current setup isn't working.
Can you clean up books that are behind?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup is a common first project before ongoing monthly management begins.
