What happens
One to two weeks inside the business: we review your books, tools and routines and talk with key people.
What you get
A short written assessment with your top priorities and a proposed scope and monthly fee.

Build
What happens
We put structure in place — owners, checklists, systems, reporting — starting with the priority that relieves the most pressure.
What you get
Weekly progress updates and a first monthly report within 30 days.
Step 04
Run & refine
What happens
We manage the work month to month and meet with you regularly to review results and reset priorities.

A business that runs on rhythm, with a flat monthly fee and no long lock-in after the first 90 days.
On-site & remote
We show up where the work happens.
Regular on-site time at your shop, office or practice in the Valley, plus remote coordination through the week.
Pricing
Simple, flat fees.
Ongoing management is billed as a flat monthly retainer based on scope — no surprise hourly invoices. Defined projects are quoted as a fixed price before work begins.
After an initial 90-day period, monthly engagements continue month to month. If it isn’t working, you can stop with 30 days’ notice.
