Smart Marketing Resources LLC is a business management firm in North Hollywood, founded by Elen Grigoryan to give owner-led companies the kind of steady management support usually reserved for much larger firms.
Our story
Small businesses rarely fail for lack of talent or effort. More often, the owner becomes the single point that everything depends on — the scheduler, the bookkeeper, the HR department and the marketing team — until there is no time left for the work that grows the business.
Elen Grigoryan started Smart Marketing Resources to change that. The idea is simple: bring in a dependable management partner who handles the structure — operations, finances, people, compliance and marketing — with the care of an in-house team and the flexibility of a monthly engagement.
We’re based at 8226 Webb Ave #3, North Hollywood, CA 91605, and most of our clients are a short drive away across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles.

Founder & Principal
Elen leads every client relationship personally. She brings a calm, organised approach to the messy middle of running a business — the space between big goals and the Monday morning to-do list.
Clients work with her directly from the first conversation onward, supported by a small team of trusted specialists in bookkeeping, HR administration and marketing.
