FAQ

Questions,answered.

The things owners most often ask before working with us. Don’t see yours? Call 747-363-4688.

What does a business management company actually do?

We run the parts of your business that keep it healthy but pull you away from your core work: operations, finances, payroll and HR administration, compliance, vendors, marketing and administrative support. Think of us as a management team you can bring in by the month.

Who do you work with?

Owner-led businesses across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles — typically from a handful of people up to about fifty — including trades, healthcare practices, restaurants, retail, studios and professional services.

How is pricing structured?

Most clients work with us on a flat monthly retainer based on scope, so there are no surprise hourly bills. Defined projects like a process build-out or a strategic plan are quoted as a fixed fee up front.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long lock-in. Monthly engagements continue month to month after an initial 90-day period, which gives us time to put real structure in place.

Do you replace my accountant or attorney?

No. We're not a CPA or law firm. We keep your business organized and coordinate with your CPA and attorney so their time goes further.

Do you work on-site?

Yes. We're based at 8226 Webb Ave #3, North Hollywood, CA 91605 and regularly work on-site with clients in the Valley, combined with remote support through the week.

How fast can we start?

Usually within one to two weeks of our first conversation, once we agree on scope and priorities.

What happens on the first call?

We ask about your business, your goals and what's frustrating you. You'll leave with at least one useful idea, whether or not we work together.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Most clients in the San Fernando Valley get a mix: regular on-site time at your location plus remote coordination through the week.

Is this only for larger companies?

No. Our plans are built for owner-led businesses, from solo operators to teams of around fifty.

Are you a CPA firm?

No. We manage the financial operations of your business and coordinate with your CPA, who handles tax preparation and filing.

Do you replace our payroll software?

No. We work with providers like Gusto, ADP or Paychex and make sure the inputs are right every cycle.

Can you form my LLC for me?

We coordinate the entire formation process and paperwork. For legal structure advice we'll point you to an attorney.

Are you an advertising agency?

We manage your marketing end to end and coordinate specialists when needed, but our focus is results and accountability, not big creative retainers.

What software do you recommend?

It depends on your work. We're tool-agnostic and choose the simplest system your team will actually use.

Do you review contracts legally?

We review terms, dates and pricing from an operational standpoint and flag anything that needs an attorney's eyes.

Is support remote or in person?

Either. Most support is remote with scheduled on-site time for clients in the San Fernando Valley.
